Organized Chaos, a military lifestyle planning app, came to Boston University's PRLab right as their app was about to launch looking for help spreading the word across social media about Organized Chaos and what it does in order to receive more app downloads.

My PRLab team and I created a content calendar for their social media which included video content, unique graphics, and the facilitation of giveaways to increase brand recognition through sharable content. We also aided in building an ambassador program of influential spouses in the military community to promote the app.

The Content Calendar
With tons of exciting interviews, announcements, and app updates, the content calendar was key in making sure Organized Chaos users were up-to-date with the latest app news and features.
The Graphics:
Organized Chaos has a fun image and they wanted to maintain that across their social media platforms with graphics created by my team and I using Adobe Illustrator.
The Influencers:
With the help of the app creator, my team formed an ambassador program of influencers in the military community to help spread the word about Organized Chaos. The influencers were also featured in a video our team created on Veteran's Day.
The Results:
During our time working with Organized Chaos, their Facebook followers increased by 20.31% from 1,088 to 1,309, their Facebook likes increased by 21.83% from 1,072 to 1,306, and their Instagram followers increased by 37.94% from 833 to 1,149. Additionally, the app hit number 54 on the App Store Lifestyle Charts.
